Scores and ranks lists of companies for buying intent by detecting and aggregating signals such as hiring growth, funding events, leadership changes, and technology moves. The connector measures live hiring growth by scraping public careers boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and comparing current open-role counts to a supplied baseline, accepts additional supplied signals (funding rounds, executive hires, tech changes), and computes a weighted numeric buying-intent score (weighted across funding, hiring growth, leadership, and technology). For each company it produces a ranked, sales-ready account record including a numeric score and categorical grade, signal count and full signal list with titles, types, dates and source URLs, plain-English reasons suitable for outreach, and a timestamped score.
